The knee is highly dependent on the hip and ankle, making it vulnerable when surrounding joints aren’t functioning well.
Common conditions we treat:
Patellofemoral pain (runner’s knee)
ACL rehab (pre/post-op)

IT band syndrome

We focus on rebuilding proper mechanics of the foundation at the pelvis, freeing up the local structures at the level of the knee joint, and work on stability and strengthening to get you back to squatting, running, and moving confidently.
