Knee Pain

Digital illustration of a human knee joint with glowing red and yellow highlights, surrounded by blue and yellow dotted lines, set against a black space background with scattered white and blue dots.

The knee is highly dependent on the hip and ankle, making it vulnerable when surrounding joints aren’t functioning well.

Common conditions we treat:

  • Patellofemoral pain (runner’s knee)

    ACL rehab (pre/post-op)

    Meniscus injuries

    Tendon pain (patellar/quadriceps)

    IT band syndrome

How we help:

We focus on rebuilding proper mechanics of the foundation at the pelvis, freeing up the local structures at the level of the knee joint, and work on stability and strengthening to get you back to squatting, running, and moving confidently.
