Hip Pain

The hips are central to nearly every movement—walking, running, lifting, and getting up from a chair. The pelvis is the foundation for force production, pressure management, and rotational power. Dysfunction here often impacts the knees and lower back.

Common conditions we treat:

  • Hip impingement (FAI)

  • Hip Labrum injuries

  • Gluteal tendinopathy

  • Hip flexor strains

  • Mobility restrictions

How we help:

We restore foundational movement patterns within the pelvis and work on creating pressure and stability of the hips to improve performance and to reduce compensations elsewhere.
